Terms of Service

yeah i know that's the boring part and
a wall of text but please do read, that's also an important part
especially if you're new to commissioning

By purchasing my art services you agree on the following conditions

Be aware that you're purchasing my artist labor only. All copyrights belong to me.
My artworks are for personal, non-commercial use only.1. I claim the Intellectual Property for my artworks. You can't claim my works as your own.
You also can't resell my works unless agreed upon.
2. Despite that I can't use the commissioned art for commercial and/or personal use unless agreed upon.
3. I will respect your request not to post your commission publicly or stay anonymous.
4. I claim the right to modify, reuse or resell any rejected sketches.
5. I claim the right to reject your commission proposal.

Commissioner

1. Please don't post my art before it's finished and watermarked without my consent!
2. If you are using my art as reference please don't remove any watermarks! Or at very least mention me as an author.
3. If you want to post my art anywhere it is obligatory that you give a link to my Twitter profile (@lunarstrider)
4. You are forbidden to resell my art for mass reproduction, print on t-shirts, pillows, charms, mugs etc, neither to monetize via blockchains (NFTs and else), nor feed it to/alter the piece's looks via AI.
5. If you want my finished artworks that are non-commissioned by other people for your personal projects or redistribution for commercial purposes, please reach me for we can discuss my royalty fees.

Payments

1. Payments in USD via PayPal*
2. Full price should be paid after the sketch is complete and approved.
3. If I reject the commission mid-way I will not make a refund.
4. If I'm unable to finish your commission due to personal reasons, I'll make you a full refund.

*There may be complications with PayPal since I'm from Ukraine. I'm unable to make invoices but that's OK, I still can receive payments.
If there are some complications - I'll inform you immediately so we can discuss options.
Thank you in advance for understanding if I gently ask you for something except Paypal! The request will mean that I'm unable to use my own account or ask my friends for help this very time.

PROCEDURE

ok let's move to another matters!friendly reminder that i'm a full-time employee so i may be unable to complete your piece asap
also there's a small (but still a) possibility of queue before youin any case i'll keep everything transparent for you because i simply hate miscommunication ^^;

1. If you wish your ideas come true please write me in Twitter private messages (@lunarstrider) or Discord (ebonblade).
2. Please throw me visual references! Especially hand-drawn ones. Even if they're poorly made! Especially if they are poorly made, I swear we artists love this stuff it's wholesome and really easy to understand!
3. Keep in mind that references must be clear. If something isn't mentioned in the reference I won't allow any complaint. Slight adjustments are fine though!
4. I will throw sketches and wips at you. When the work is complete I will send a watermarked *.png file via email (or whatever way you wanna have it :3).EDITING THE PIECE:1. I can edit sketch for free limited amount of times. This is your time to show me my severe mistakes!
2. I will edit the lineart twice. Edits are fine in case I've missed something from the reference.
Be adviced that "Let's get back to the previous version" counts as an edit!
3. On coloring stage 1-2 simple tweaks are OK to meet your taste.
4. Again, please tell me if I am mistaken. Everything will be fixed for free if there's a mistake from my side (e.g I missed some crucial detail from the reference).Otherwise I will decide the amount of cost for changes (the cost will grow depending on the stage).

ADDITIONAL INFO:1. Additional character costs +100% price. It doesn't matter if it's on the same sheet or on separate one.
2. Screenshot background is for free! In case you provide a desired one.
3. Same for simple gradient background - it's free!
4. Price may vary depending on the amount of the detail.
5. I will reject your order if I find out you haven't read the ToS.
6. I'll keep you well informed about any delays or IRL inconveniences. It's just I never know what happens next, so thank you in advance for your patience!
